Our incredible creations on a tray bake! This bake has around one kilogram of American buttercream and makes up to 28 portions. Ideal for parties and special occasions, or for someone who really loves first class sponge cake!
Our signature sponge base (vanilla) can also be made in chocolate or lemon flavours, please pop a note on your order if you prefer one of these flavours.
The total weight is approximately 2.2kg, it measures 35cm long by 21 cm wide and around 5 cm deep! The cake is baked in its own silicone disposable baking tray so its easy to cut up and dish out. It also comes with a lid to keep it fresh.
